How can I make an appointment?
There are several ways to make an initial appointment. You can call 646-389-6645, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an initial appointment. Additionally, feel free to use the contact us page on this website to submit a request.
What are the fees?
Please call or email to discuss our fees. We bill patients directly. We do not work directly with insurance companies, but if you have a PPO or another plan that allows you to select an out-of-network provider, you may be eligible for reimbursement. On each bill, we will include information necessary to be submitted to insurance companies.
Policies vary significantly, and we recommend checking with your insurance company to determine the extent of your out-of-network mental health (or “behavioral health”) benefits, including your annual deductible, the number of sessions covered per calendar year, and whether or not your sessions need to be pre-authorized.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy without penalty. If you need to cancel a session, please email or call your clinician, and leave a message. We will attempt to reschedule appointments whenever able. If not, you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
